Lynn Vision win Yuqilin PoB S3

The final of Yuqilin Pinnacle of Battle Season 3 in Shanghai ended unexpectedly: the match was stopped already in the first half of the opening map

Lynn Vision became the champions of the tournament after a technical victory over TYLOO. The opposing team withdrew from the final already in the first rounds of Nuke due to players’ health issues.

For TYLOO this was their third match of the day: earlier they had defeated Chinggis Warriors, FlyQuest and won XSE GangKui Cup Season 2, which was also held in Shanghai.

Against Lynn Vision, TYLOO played with coach WeiJie zhokiNg Zhong as a stand-in instead of Yi JamYoung Yang, who had been feeling unwell for several days.

Then Qianhao Moseyuh Chen also reported feeling ill. He was carried away by medics, and TYLOO decided to stop playing after seven rounds.

In a statement, the club explained that two players had serious physical symptoms, such as a persistent cough and chest pressure. The team doctor concluded that they could not continue competing, and the organization, after consulting with the tournament operator, withdrew from the final, putting health first.

For Lynn Vision this was already their third consecutive tournament win via technical victory: Rare Atom had previously refused to play the semifinal due to a dispute over penalties for being late, and TYLOO gave them the upper final because of a scheduling conflict with XSE GangKui Cup S2.

The organizers of Yuqilin PoB S3 apologized to the fans, noting that the final could not be held in the expected format, and thanked the teams and viewers for their understanding.

This title lifted Lynn Vision to third place in the Asian VRS rankings, right behind The MongolZ and TYLOO, and the roster of Zhe Westmelon Niu had already secured a slot at the Major in Cologne before the upper final.
